Due to the made-to-order nature of our physical products (ArchiWear) and the instant delivery of our digital products (Design Hub), our policies differ by product type. Please review the following guidelines carefully.
1. Returns & Exchanges Policy
1.1 Physical Products (ArchiWear)
Our ArchiWear products are custom-made on demand. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Returns Not Accepted for:
- Incorrect Selections: Wrong size or color (please refer to our size charts before purchasing).
- Change of Mind: Buyerโs remorse or change of mind after purchase.
- Shipping Delays: Delays caused by customs or third-party carriers (we are not responsible for logistics delays).
- Customer-Caused Damage: Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect washing.
Returns Accepted for:
- Defective or Damaged Items: Products arriving with manufacturing defects or damage incurred during shipping.
- Incorrect Shipments: Items that are not as ordered (wrong size, color, or mislabeled).
Return/Replacement Procedure:
To initiate a return or request a replacement, please contact us at contact@architegram.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Your request should include:

If approved, we will dispatch a free replacement.
1.2 Digital Products (Design Hub)
Due to their intangible nature, digital products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once accessed. However, refunds may be issued under specific circumstances as detailed in Section 2.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
For Physical Products (ArchiWear):
Refunds may be issued if:
โ The product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
โ The order is lost in transit and fails to arrive within the estimated shipping timeframe.
โ The product is mislabeled and does not match the order details.
For Digital Products (Design Hub):
Refunds may be considered if:
โ The digital product has not been downloaded or accessed.
โ The download link expired before access was granted.
โ A technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved.
โ A duplicate purchase was made by mistake.

2.2 Refund Ineligibility
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
For Physical Products (ArchiWear):
- Incorrect size or color selection (please review our size guides before purchasing).
- Change of mind or buyerโs remorse.
- Shipping delays due to third-party carriers.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or incorrect washing.
For Digital Products (Design Hub):
- Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed.
- Software incompatibility issues (please verify compatibility before purchasing).
- Accidental purchases after the product has been downloaded.
3. Replacements Instead of Refunds
For physical products (ArchiWear), if an item is found to be damaged or incorrect, we offer a free replacement instead of a refund.
โ Procedure: Contact us within 7 days with your order details and photos of the issue.
โ Note: Replacements are subject to the same production and shipping timelines as new orders.
4. Order Cancellations
Physical Products (ArchiWear):
โ Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as production begins immediately.
Digital Products (Design Hub):
โ Cancellations are possible only if the digital product has not yet been downloaded.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Digital Products:
- If a chargeback is filed after the download of a digital product, we will dispute the charge by providing proof of purchase and download verification.
Fraud Prevention:
- Unauthorized use of digital products is monitored through invisible watermark technology, and legal action may be taken in cases of fraudulent claims.
6. EU Consumer Rights
For customers residing in the European Union (EU):
โ You may request a refund within 14 days, provided that the digital product has not been downloaded.
โ Once a digital product is downloaded, the EU withdrawal rights no longer apply as stipulated by EU consumer protection laws.
7. Technical Issues & File Access Problems (Digital Products)
If you experience technical difficulties accessing a digital product:
