1. Membership & Subscription Overview

Architegram LTD offers a range of membership plans that grant access to exclusive digital content, AI-powered tools, and premium resources.

Membership Tiers

  • Free Membership:
    • Enjoy limited access to selected content and basic features.
  • Paid Subscriptions:
    • Gain full access to premium tools, digital downloads, and advanced resources.

Benefits of Paid Subscriptions

✔ Exclusive Content: Enjoy access to AI-generated architectural assets and premium design templates.
✔ Discounts: Receive special rates on select digital products and services.

Billing Cycle:

Subscription plans are billed either monthly or annually, based on the option selected at checkout.

2. Subscription Plans & Pricing

✔ Pricing Currency: All subscription prices are listed in GBP (£). International customers may incur additional currency conversion fees.
✔ Price Changes: Prices are subject to change. Active subscribers will receive advance notice of any pricing adjustments.

3. Payment & Billing

✔ Payment Processing: All subscription payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.
✔ Automatic Billing: Your chosen payment method will be automatically charged according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annually).
✔ Payment Failures: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment is not received within 7 days, your subscription may be suspended or canceled.

🔒 Security Notice: We do not store your payment details; all transactions are securely managed by our trusted third-party payment providers.

4. Subscription Renewal & Cancellation

✔ Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by you.
✔ Cancellation Policy:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, allowing you access until the period expires.
  • Refunds are not available for unused time within a billing period.

💡 Tip: To avoid unwanted charges, ensure you cancel your subscription before the start of the next billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

✔ Non-Refundable Nature: Subscription payments are non-refundable, except in cases where a billing error has occurred.
✔ No Prorated Refunds: Partial or prorated refunds are not provided.
✔ Accidental Purchases: If you accidentally purchase a subscription, please contact us within 24 hours at contact@architegram.com for assistance.

📌 Note: Refunds are not available if you forget to cancel your subscription before renewal.

6. Membership Account & Access

✔ Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Architegram.com account.
✔ Prohibited Sharing: Sharing, reselling, or transferring your membership login is strictly prohibited.
✔ Account Violations: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

7. Subscription Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

✔ Upgrading Your Plan:

  • You may upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time.
  • The new benefits will be available immediately, and the cost difference will be charged accordingly.
    ✔ Downgrading Your Plan:
  • You may downgrade to a lower-tier plan; however, changes will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
    ✔ No Partial Credits: Downgrades do not trigger refunds or partial credits for the current billing period.

8. Termination & Account Suspension

✔ Grounds for Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership if you engage in activities such as:

  • Unauthorized sharing or reselling of digital content.
  • Fraudulent payment behavior.
  • Abuse of our services.
    ✔ Consequences of Termination:
  • If your account is terminated for policy violations, no refunds will be issued.
    ✔ Repeat Violations: Repeated breaches may result in a permanent ban from Architegram.com.

9. Changes to Subscription Terms

✔ Policy Updates: We may update subscription terms, pricing, or membership benefits at any time. Active subscribers will be notified in advance of any significant changes affecting their plan.
✔ Acceptance of Changes: Continued use of your subscription after any policy changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
