Physical Products (ArchiWear)

✔ The designs, prints, and branding on our physical products are protected by intellectual property laws.

Digital Products (Design Hub)

✔ All digital content—including 3D models, architectural diagrams, and other visual assets—is licensed under terms specific to the purchase type (Personal or Commercial License).

AI-Generated Content (Architegram.AI)

✔ AI-assisted content follows the same licensing framework as our digital products and is subject to strict intellectual property protections.

2. Personal License Terms

✔ A Personal License grants you the right to use the purchased product solely for individual, non-commercial projects. Any commercial use, distribution, or resale is expressly prohibited.

Usage Rights:

  • Products acquired under a personal license may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., personal artwork, educational projects).

Limitations:

  • These products must not be used in any commercial project, for business branding, resale, or any form of redistribution—even if modified for creative purposes or financial gain.

Invisible Watermark Notice:

  • Digital products and AI-generated assets are embedded with invisible watermark technology to help us track unauthorized distribution.

  • Any breach of these terms will result in legal action.

Legal Enforcement:

  • Any violation of these terms may result in financial penalties and legal action.

3. Commercial License Terms

✔ A Commercial License permits the use of purchased products in commercial projects; however, direct resale as standalone items is strictly prohibited.

Usage Rights:

  • Products covered by a commercial license may be integrated into professional projects such as architectural presentations, branding initiatives, or client work.

Limitations:

  • Commercial license holders are not permitted to resell, sublicense, or transfer the product to third parties as an individual, standalone item.

  • The product must form part of a larger project or service.

  • All commercial-use digital products and AI-generated assets are embedded with invisible watermark technology to trace unauthorized distribution or resale.

Intellectual Property Rights:

  • While the commercial license grants usage rights, all ownership rights remain with Architegram LTD.

  • Any violations of these commercial license terms will be pursued through legal channels, including claims for financial damages.

4. Invisible Watermark & Monitoring Technology

✔ All digital products and AI-generated content are safeguarded by invisible watermark technology.
✔ This technology enables us to monitor, track, and enforce our intellectual property rights.
✔ Unauthorized use or redistribution detected through this system will lead to immediate legal action.

5. Physical Products & Design Usage

✔ Physical products (ArchiWear) are designed for personal enjoyment only.
✔ Customers may not reproduce, print, or sell the designs featured on these products.
✔ Commercial use of any design, artwork, or patterns found on our physical products is strictly prohibited.

✔ Violations of this License & Usage Policy will result in:

  • Immediate Termination: The affected license will be terminated without notice.

  • Financial Penalties: Unauthorized use may incur financial penalties.

  • Legal Claims: We reserve the right to pursue legal claims for damages.

  • Account Suspension: Your account on Architegram.com may be suspended.
