✔ Tracking Technology: All digital products incorporate invisible watermark technology, enabling us to track and trace unauthorized usage.

5. DMCA Policy & Copyright Infringement Claims

✔ Resale Restrictions: Reselling AI-generated products as standalone items is strictly prohibited.

8. License Termination & Legal Consequences

✔ Termination Rights: Architegram LTD reserves the right to revoke any license if the terms of this policy are violated.
✔ Post-Termination Requirements: If your license is terminated due to misuse, you must:

  • Cease all use of the product immediately.
  • Destroy all copies of the digital asset.
  • Be subject to financial penalties if commercial misuse is determined.
    ✔ Monitoring: We actively monitor online platforms and marketplaces for unauthorized listings. Unauthorized listings will result in immediate legal action.

9. Reporting Intellectual Property Violations
