2. Currency & Pricing

  • Currency: All prices are listed and processed in GBP (Β£).
  • International Purchases: Customers purchasing from outside the UK are responsible for any currency conversion fees and additional charges imposed by their payment provider.

Physical Products (ArchiWear)

βœ” You will receive an order confirmation email once your transaction is complete.

Digital Products (Design Hub)

βœ” Payments are processed instantly, and a download link will be emailed to you after purchase.

AI-Based Products (Architegram.AI)

βœ” Some AI-powered services may offer unique pricing structures or subscription options, detailed at checkout.

4. Digital Product Delivery & Download Limits

βœ” Delivery: Digital products are delivered via a Google Drive download link sent to your email.
βœ” Link Validity: Download links are active for 1 hour after purchase.
βœ” Download Limit: Each product may be downloaded a maximum of two times.
βœ” Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to save and back up the digital product after download. Architegram LTD is not liable for loss of access once the download limit is reached.

5. Physical Product Shipping & Fulfillment

βœ” Physical products are made-to-order and require 2–7 business days for production before shipment.

7. Refund Policy

Digital Products (Design Hub)

🚫 Final Sale: All sales are final once the digital product is downloaded.

βœ” Refund Eligibility:

  • If the product has not been downloaded, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Refund eligibility is verified by checking the download status in our system.

❌ Note: Refunds are not available once a product has been downloaded.

Physical Products (ArchiWear)

Refunds will be issued only if:
βœ” You receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
βœ” Your order is lost in transit and not delivered within the estimated shipping timeframe.
βœ” The item is mislabeled or does not match the description.

Refunds are not available for:
❌ Change of mind after purchase.
❌ Incorrect size or color selections (as products are made-to-order).
❌ Shipping delays due to customs or carrier issues beyond our control.
❌ Damage resulting from customer misuse, washing, or normal wear.

8. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

βœ” If a chargeback is filed after a product has been delivered or downloaded, we reserve the right to dispute the claim by providing proof of purchase and delivery confirmation to the payment provider.
βœ” We may submit transaction records and download verifications to resolve disputes.
βœ” Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions on Architegram.com.


9. EU Consumer Rights

βœ” Customers within the European Union (EU) have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, provided the digital product has not been downloaded or accessed.
❌ Once a digital product is downloaded, the right to withdraw is void in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
