Architegram.com offers products in two categories: physical products (ArchiWear) and digital products (Design Hub). This Shipping Policy provides detailed information regarding the shipment of physical products and the delivery of digital products.


1. Physical Product Shipping (ArchiWear)

1.1 Order Processing & Delivery Times

Production Time:

All orders are custom-made on demand and typically take 2–5 business days to be fulfilled before shipment.

Note: These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors such as location, customs processing, or carrier delays.


1.2 Shipping Locations & Fulfillment

We work with multiple fulfillment facilities worldwide. Your order will be shipped from the facility that provides the fastest and most cost-effective delivery.

Key Facilities: USA, Canada, Mexico, UK, Spain, Latvia, Australia, Japan, and Brazil.


1.3 International Orders & Customs Fees

Who Pays Customs Fees?
If your order is shipped to a country outside our fulfillment locations, you may be required to pay import duties, customs fees, or VAT as per your local regulations.

  • Orders within the USA, Canada, UK, EU, Mexico, Australia, Japan, and Brazil: No customs fees apply.
  • Orders to other countries: Customs duties and import taxes may apply and must be paid by the recipient.

Important: By placing an order, you acknowledge that import taxes or duties may apply based on your country’s regulations. Please check with your local customs office for details.


1.4 Taxes & VAT (Value-Added Tax)

Architegram.com does not charge VAT or sales tax at checkout. Customers are responsible for any VAT, GST, or other local taxes imposed by their country upon delivery.

Note: VAT is not included in the product prices on our website. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


2. Digital Product Delivery (Design Hub)

2.1 Order Processing & Digital Access

  • Instant Processing: Orders are processed immediately upon payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Method: After purchase, an email with a Google Drive download link is sent to the registered email address.
  • Link Validity: The download link is valid for 1 hour after purchase.
  • Download Limit: Each digital product can be downloaded a maximum of two times.

Note: Please provide a valid and accessible email address to receive your download link.


2.2 Advantages of Digital Products

No Shipping Fees: Digital products incur no shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes.
Instant Access: Since digital products are delivered electronically, tracking numbers are not required.


2.3 Download Issues & Support

If you experience technical issues:

🔗 If your download link expires before accessing the product, contact us within 24 hours for a new link.
💾 Backup Your Files: We recommend saving and backing up your digital files, as additional downloads may not be available once the limit is reached.


3. Shipping Issues & Missing Orders (Physical Products Only)

3.1 Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:
Check your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
🏤 Contact your local post office for package status.
🏡 Ask your neighbors if they received the package on your behalf.

Tip: If you are not home during delivery, consider using an alternative address where someone can receive the package.


3.2 Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact contact@architegram.com within 7 days with:
Your order number
📸 Photos showing the issue
📝 A brief description of the problem

A replacement or refund will be issued as soon as possible.


4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Physical Products (ArchiWear)

📦 Returns: Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
💰 Refunds: Available only for:
✔ Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
✔ Orders lost in transit (not delivered within the estimated timeframe)
✔ Mislabeled items (wrong size, color, or design)

📩 To request a refund, email contact@architegram.com within 7 days of receiving your order.


4.2 Digital Products (Design Hub)

🚫 Final Sale: Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
🔄 Refund Eligibility: If the product has not been downloaded, a refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Software incompatibility issues
