At Architegram LTD, we respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. This policy explains the procedures to follow if you believe your copyright has been infringed on Architegram.com, as well as how we address copyright violations involving our content.

All content on Architegram.com is the exclusive intellectual property of Architegram LTD. This includes, but is not limited to:

✔ AI-generated architectural content
✔ Website content, text, branding, and images
✔ Software, tools, and proprietary AI-based solutions
✔ Logos, trademarks, and marketing materials
Prohibited Actions:
❌ Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
2. DMCA Compliance
Architegram LTD complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and international copyright laws. If you believe that content on Architegram.com infringes your copyrighted work, you may file a DMCA takedown notice as described below.
3. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are the copyright owner or an authorized agent, submit a DMCA takedown notice by emailing contact@architegram.com with the following details:
✔ Your Contact Information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Physical mailing address
✔ Identification of the Copyrighted Work:
- A description of the copyrighted content (e.g., title, creation date, registration number if applicable).
- A link to the original copyrighted work (if available).
✔ Identification of the Infringing Material:
- A direct URL or a screenshot clearly showing the infringing content on Architegram.com.
✔ Good Faith Statement:
- A statement asserting your good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
✔ Statement Under Penalty of Perjury:
- A declaration that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are either the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
✔ Your Signature:
- A physical or electronic signature.
📌 Note: Incomplete DMCA notices will not be processed. Please ensure that all required details are provided for a prompt review.
4. How We Handle DMCA Complaints
✔ We will review the claim and may temporarily remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
✔ We will notify the user responsible for the content and provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error.
✔ If no valid counter-notice is received, the content will remain removed.
✔ If a counter-notice is filed, we will forward it to the original complainant, who may then take further legal action if necessary.
✔ Enforcement: We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
5. Filing a Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed in error due to misidentification or a false DMCA claim, you may submit a counter-notice by emailing contact@architegram.com with the following details:
✔ Your Contact Information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
✔ Identification of the Removed Content:
- The specific URL or location where the removed content previously appeared.
✔ Good Faith Statement:
- A statement indicating that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
✔ Consent to Jurisdiction:
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom and agreeing to accept service of process from the complainant.
✔ Your Signature:
- A physical or electronic signature.
📌 Note: If we receive a valid counter-notice and the original complainant does not initiate legal proceedings within 14 days, we may restore the removed content.
6. Copyright Enforcement & Protection
✔ Active Monitoring: Architegram LTD actively monitors the use of its content and employs invisible watermark technology to track unauthorized distribution.
✔ Proactive Measures: We regularly scan online marketplaces and social media platforms for copyright violations and issue DMCA notices against infringers and unauthorized resellers.
✔ Legal Action: Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal claims for financial damages.
7. Repeat Infringer Policy
✔ Users who repeatedly violate our copyright policies may have their access permanently revoked.
✔ Multiple copyright complaints may lead to the immediate termination of your account.
✔ Architegram LTD reserves the right to pursue further legal action against repeat infringers.
8. Copyright Protection & AI-Generated Content
✔ Proprietary AI Content: AI-generated designs and tools on Architegram.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Architegram LTD.
✔ License Limitations: Customers who purchase AI-generated content receive a license to use the work—they do not obtain ownership.
✔ Resale Prohibition: Reselling AI-generated products as standalone items is strictly prohibited.
✔ Enforcement: Unauthorized commercial use of AI-generated content will lead to license revocation and potential legal action.
📌 Note: AI-generated content is legally protected as original creative work and must not be copied or redistributed.
9. Reporting Copyright Violations
If you suspect that someone is infringing on Architegram's copyrights by:
✔ Reselling our digital designs without permission
✔ Copying or distributing our AI-generated content
✔ Using our branding or logos without authorization

✔ Evidence of the violation (e.g., screenshots or URLs)
✔ The name of the person or business involved
✔ Any additional supporting details
